A Phase wise Project
Typically, a Redevelopment Project is executed in 5 sequential phases. A mid-size Project of plot size of approx. 4000 SqM and 80 to 100 existing members may take about 5 years from its inception to delivery and goes through the following Phases and time frame:

We have divided a RD Project into 5 sequential Phases viz. Feasibility Study, Tendering & Developer Selection, Pre-Construction, Construction and Repossession.
